Monitoring Services

As part of our TERRASTAR product, monitoring services include instant "Alert" notifications that will be communicated via email and/or pager to designated customer personnel. Star also provides a number of customer reports that are specific to either; an aircraft type, fleet or tail number. Our reports can be tailored to include:

  • End of Flight - Daily - Weekly - Monthly - Yearly - Trending
  • Civil Aviation Authority – Specific Reports

Professional Services

Star works closely with clients to identify their requirements and assists with the overall design, installation, configuration, application integration, testing and certification requirements. Professional Services options include:

  • Onsite Engineers
  • Designated Engineering Representative (DER) – where appropriate
  • Design Approval Representative (DAR) – where appropriate
  • Transport Canada Supplemental Type Certification (STC)
  • Federal Aviation Administration Supplemental Type Certification (STC) if / when required

Consultation Services

Training

As a part of experiencing the full benefits of TERRASTAR usage, clients will be provided with TERRASTAR Certified Training conducted by approved personnel. This client training will ensure that our customers will be able to use our system to its maximum capacity and tailor it to their exact specification. Training can be conducted at Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. headquarters, customer premises, MRO or 3rd party location. Training includes:

  • Administrative Specific User Training
  • General User Specific Training
