Amir Bhatti, P. Eng., MBA, brings over 28 years of outstanding professional credentials in the areas of aerospace industry worldwide. He worked for De Havilland Aircraft of Canada, Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney Canada (teaching), and numerous Canadian aerospace companies prior to joining Star Navigation.
Amir brings wealth of expertise in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Aircraft Assembly and Quality Systems. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business from London, Ontario. He is a part time Professor at Centennial College delivering aerospace and propulsion systems courses to various aerospace companies in the Toronto area. Transforming under-performing businesses into profitable and competitive business entities through leadership in Product Engineering, Marketing and Business Development is what he does best. His forte is leveraging the power of technology and people to bring new and innovative products to market.
Anoop Brar, P.Eng., PMP, MBA offers corporate management consultancy, strategic leadership, creative vision and a collaborative mindset to Star Navigation from his experience of over 10 years of project management, business operations and mechanical engineering. Mr. Brar recently graduated from the Hult International Business School, London, UK after achieving an MBA degree with distinction.
Mr. Brar is a Director on the board of Star Navigation and is currrently the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Brar brings extensive business and project execution strategies from his experience in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate Development, Construction, Digital Marketing and Small Retail Business operations.
Randy Koroll brings over 30 years of experience with a demonstrated history of successfully taking companies public on the TSX-V and guiding companies in financial distress. Experience ranges from aviation, mining and finance industries.

Aman brings over 29 years of aviation & airline industry experience including, but not limited to, Engineering, Operations, Development Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance of heavy commercial jets.

Nordin Hashim started his career in ST Aerospace Engineering, involved in the Super Skyhawk re-Engine Program (proto-type aircraft), specialized in C-130H military aircraft programs (E&I section).
He broadened his knowledge at Crane Aerospace & Electronics – Cabin Solutions of Field Service Engineering team supported the seat OEMs and many airlines in entire Asia Pacific region.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Aviation industry, Nordin highly regard customer service elements and has earned recognition from the OEMs and airlines customers for his excellent service and great product knowledge.
Henry Dane Siegertsz brings over 30 years of diversified aeronautical experience in the areas of civil and commercial aviation. A veteran of Royal Air Force United Kingdom, his expertise included but not limited to Jaguar, Hunter, Buccaneer aircraft Base Maintenance and Panavia Tornado, MD Phantom and C130 avionic systems and was later responsible for Missile systems test equipment at 30MU calibration and repair lab.
He worked for Cambridge Satcomms OEM Signal processors, for Satellite Ground station antenna tracking systems and Fast Satcomms Modems. BAe Systems Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. B/E Aerospace as a Customer Support Manager looking after EU, UK and Middle Eastern Airline Operators for all product.
Then he went to Meggitt Avionics as Marketing PM responsible for BAe Systems where he concluded multimillion dollar contracts for Tornado Flight Data Recorder repairs, and Type22 Frigate Navigation system phase two retrofit program.
After Meggitt, he joined Collins Aerospace Interior Systems, as Field Support Manager, located in Doha for Qatar Airways. Henry attended the Hanley High School, the same school attended by Reginald J Mitchell, the designer of the WWII Supermarine Spitfire fighter aircraft, the inspiration for his love of Aviation and aircraft.
Ping Shen has been engaged in the aerospace industry for more than 30 years, with a Master’s degree from an aviation-focused university and expertise in avionics.
He has been working continuously as a manager of Marketing and Business Development for the Chinese sector of Star Navigation since moving to Ontario in 2008. With his knowledge and resources in aviation, he has established many bridges and collaborations between Star and its partners in the Chinese aviation industry.
While working together with the Star team, Mr. Shen is not only a talented, skillful and professional engineer, but also has many connections with customers and clients outside of Canada. He is proficient in both the technical and social sides of the industry.
He is continuing to give his best to exploring and bringing more business opportunities to Star.

During his tenure as President Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority, Mr. Sherif formulated policies and procedures manuals and its implementation including Oversights, under his leadership most of the airlines were IOSA certified. He updated the Egyptian Aviation Legislation 2010, set of Enforcement manual, SAFA program with ECAA, established State Safety Program (SSP) and ICAO eight critical elements with Egyptian Civil Aviation Authorities.
David McClean has over 30 years of electronics engineering experience, the last 14 of which are in supporting customers in the aviation sector. His portfolio includes Root Cause Corrective Action, Design/Development, Customer Support and Manufacturing advisor. He also has a lot of experience in mentoring and training others in hands-on troubleshooting.
Previous to his aerospace role, David came from a commercial manufacturing environment, developing bespoke hardware and software for testing Lithium battery products and fault analysis of high-volume cellular product lines.
David joins us from his previous position at Crane Aerospace as Product Support Manager; he supported their seat actuation systems and airline customers with continuous improvement successes in the product development life cycle, production and engineering support in a remote field service role, and also investigated and resolved cabin seat actuation issues for his customers, travelling without hesitation to do so.
